Area54 is the number one rated chill radio show in the USA. You can hear their programming every night on 94/7fm in Portland, OR and weekends on K105 in Hood River, OR as well as Wild 105.5 in Hawaii. They came to us looking for a site that would allow them to interact better with their listeners and give them a simple and easy listening experience by having all the radio shows organized in a pop out and embeddable audio player. Area54 came to us for a re-design of their MySpace page. MySpace page layouts are notoriously messy and unorganized. Area54 wanted the same functionality of their website on their MySpace page. We came up with a simple white layover that kept all the MySpace functionality in place but gave the page a clean and organized look.
- Added the pop out/embeddable audio player to the page.
- Added Bossalive track listing widget to the page.
- Friends and Comments are in a clean, organized grid.
- Added Social Media features linking to all their other sites.

Music blogger and Area54 DJ Mike Vee came to us to customize the look and feel of his Wordpress powered blog. He wanted to make his site more interactive by adding social media features and linking his site to all the other micro-sites he’s involved with. Bossa is the essential iTunes tool set. It’s a plug in that automates the music that you play in iTunes through a scheduler. You can make a playlist with the Generator and you can find music, cd’s, reviews and artist biographies in the Bossa Lab. For Bossa we wanted to create a clean looking home page clearly showing the program’s features and benefits.

Bossa wanted to have a blog that incorporated the look and feel of their main website. Blog’s emphasis is on Bossa’s programming features as well as new and upcoming music releases. Site has lots of record reviews and music previews. Integrated Amazon music store in the sidebar for 0ne-click song purchases.

Using the open source program “Open Tape” we created a page on Mike Vee’s website that allows him to easily create a mix tape by adding music to a folder on his server. Drag and drop features in the admin panel make it easy for him move songs around within the playlist and get the song selection just right. One click and a song in the mix tape starts playing.

Hood River Realtor Greg Colt came to us looking for an interactive website that would be easy to update. Besides showing current listings and offering access to RML property searches, he also wanted to showcase local information, restaurant reviews, events and arts & leisure activities around the Columbia River Gorge.
